Our Wellness Day Glow & Flow Package is designed for complete mind and body restoration combining infrared sauna, pressotherapy, LED light face therapy and zero gravity massage chair. Designed to detox, relax, and restore energy. From deep muscle relaxation to enhanced circulation, each step of this experience is carefully crafted to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and revitalised. Where necessary, therapies may be replaced with an equivalent of equal value, subject to availability. A selection of herbal teas and water is provided.
Your journey to total wellness includes:
Infrared Sauna (30 min) – Start with the sauna to warm up muscles, increase circulation, and promote detoxification. This preps the body for deeper relaxation.
Pressotherapy (45 min) – After detox, relax inside a comfortable, full-body pressotherapy suit. It gently compresses the muscles and tissues, mimicking the effect of a manual lymphatic massage while encouraging blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
LED Light Face Therapy (30 min) – Soothing LED light penetrates your skin, you’ll notice improved skin tone, reduced fine lines, and a healthy, glowing complexion.
Zero Gravity Massage Chair (20 mins) – End your day with our Zero-Gravity Massage Chair for deep relaxation and renewal.
