Wellness Day - Total Recovery
Our Wellness Day - Total Recovery Package is designed for complete mind and body restoration combining Infrared sauna, Pressotherapy, Hydrogen therapy, Dry Hydrotherapy massage and zero gravity massage chair. Designed to detox, relax, and restore energy. From deep muscle relaxation to enhanced circulation, each step of this experience is carefully crafted to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and revitalised. Where necessary, therapies may be replaced with an equivalent of equal value, subject to availability. A selection of herbal teas and water is provided.
Your journey to total wellness includes:
Infrared Sauna (30 min) – Start with the sauna to warm up muscles, increase circulation, and promote detoxification. This preps the body for deeper relaxation.
Pressotherapy (45 min) – After detox, relax inside a comfortable, full-body pressotherapy suit. It gently compresses the muscles and tissues, mimicking the effect of a manual lymphatic massage while encouraging blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
Dry Hydrotherapy Massage (30 min) – Follow up with a dry hydrotherapy massage to ease any remaining tension and enhance blood flow.
Zero Gravity Massage Chair (20 mins) – End your day with our Zero-Gravity Massage Chair for deep relaxation and renewal.
Hydrogen Therapy (60 min) – Inhale pure molecular hydrogen, the smallest and most potent antioxidant, to support cellular balance and reduce oxidative stress.
