Cancellation Policy
Dream Float & Wellness requires full payment to be paid upfront. Cancellation Policy Booking cancellations should be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your session. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice for your appointment. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation within the minimum period, a 100% fee of your chosen booking may be charged. Bookings can be cancelled online up to 48hrs or amended up to 24hrs in advance of your appointment. This policy also applies to the sessions booked as part of a membership plan or packages. Membership Policy Memberships are non-refundable, but can be cancelled at any point. Rewards and other benefits will remain active for the remaining duration of your membership. You must be signed in to your customer profile in order to see all Dream Wellness Membership remaining sessions. Packages Policy Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and non-refundable. Offers and Discount Codes All discount codes must be entered at checkout to receive the offer. Please ensure the discount has been applied before completing your order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes/offers. We reserve the right to refuse a service if more than one discount has been used. Any site wide offer does not include monetary gift cards or already discounted treatments. Gift Cards Our e-Gift Cards are processed automatically and will arrive in the chosen email address. If you are having trouble locating your e-gift card please remember to check your junk folder. Important info Please complete our consent form online before arrival. At Dream Float & Wellness we provide everything you need apart from swimwear (sauna and float use). Within every sauna and float room, a shower facility is available. Towels and robes are provided for an additional £3 fee per person (you are welcome to bring your own, for Sauna, please bring 2 set of towels or a bathrobe & towel) A hairdryer and straightener are available in our vanity area post session.
