Cancellation Policy

Dream Float & Wellness requires full payment to be paid upfront. Cancellations Booking cancellations should be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your session. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice for your appointment. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation within the minimum period, a 100% fee of your chosen booking may be charged. Bookings can be cancelled online up to 48hrs or amended up to 24hrs in advance of your appointment. Important info Please complete our consultation form/s online before arrival. At Dream Float & Wellness we provide everything you need apart from swimwear (sauna use). Within every sauna and float room, a shower facility is available. Towels and robes are provided for an additional £2 fee per person (you are welcome to bring your own) A hairdryer and straightener are available in our vanity area post session.
