Pelvic Floor Strength Program
At Dream Float & Wellness spa our Pelvic Floor Strength Program uses an advanced pelvic floor chair that helps strengthen the pelvic muscles through powerful, targeted stimulation. The treatment is for non-invasive, comfortable, and performed while you remain fully clothed.
Pelvic chair uses advanced energy technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles, creating thousands of supramaximal muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through voluntary exercises alone. The pelvic floor muscles are triggered to tighten approximately 12,000 times within 30 minutes. The effect far exceeds the general Kegel exercise.
